Long wait to get prescription. No wheelchair available in reception had to get one from main hospital, patient had to wait in car a long time while finding one.

-Night staff - unhelpful. -Agency staff were not helpful. -Buzzer response times variable. -Night times there was a lower care in nights. -Had better care in previous visits.

I was moved around quite a bit but I was always explained before hand and I was looked after everywhere I went. The nurses work very hard and made me feel like I was in good hands, nothing was too much trouble for them. My surgeon communicated well and explained everything to me in a timely manner. Liz (my nurse) was very kind and compassionate and very attentive.
